A 6 week, nature-based therapy group that helps kids grow confidence, connection, and self-awareness—through play, gardening, and time in nature.
About the Program

- Support sensory processing and emotional regulation
- Foster co-regulation and meaningful connection with peers
- Create space for confidence to grow in nature-based experiences
