Work With Us!
We're always excited to connect with Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) who share our values and are passionate about helping kids and families thrive.
Current Opportunities
Right now, we’re looking for someone to join our Kids in the Woods team, with the potential for additional opportunities as our practice grows.
About Kids in the Woods
Kids in the Woods is a nature-based Occupational Therapy social group where children build confidence, connection, and belonging through play while fully immersed in nature.
Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-based, and child-led. We believe children grow best when they feel safe enough to be themselves, and our role is to create the conditions where that growth can happen. That philosophy is woven throughout everything we do!
You might be a great fit if you…
believe relationships come before strategies
love connecting with children through play
enjoy being outdoors in every season
are looking for meaningful part-time work that fits around the rest of your life
enjoy taking initiative and working independently while being part of a collaborative team
are eager to learn, knowing this role will gradually require you to lead groups with increasing independence and confidence in your clinical decision-making
value mentorship, collaboration, and continual learning
New graduates are welcome to apply. We provide mentorship and support as you learn.

We’re currently hiring an OT or OTA to support our Kids in the Woods program
